good quality

this company printed my logo on the mat using .png file which meant that a big part of my logo which should have been a white area had no colour/background which meant that area of my logo was red (the colour of the mat) the cost of this was refunded but this company knew that my logo had this area in white! I live 15 mins away from Middlesbrough Uk and it was agreed that this was the destinstion port however it wasn’t until I paid the full balance that I was then told the Destination Port was Felixstowe which comes with extra courier charges. Again, this charge was refunded. At this point I’m just excited for the arrival of these long awaited mats. Then all of the faults in the pictures happened within the first few weeks. the quality is terrible!! but the frustrating thing is I bought these as I have 6 different clubs so need light mats that are quick to lay, their suggestion was I buy the heavier judo tatami mats. happy to send proof of conversations I’ve had with them
